Orange bitter, pink citrus. · 1 drink
- 90 mlProsecco, chilled
- 40 mlBitter orange aperitivo
- 20 mlFresh grapefruit juice
- 20 mlSoda water, chilled
- 1Grapefruit wheel
Steps
Build it in a wine glass.
- 1Add aperitivo and grapefruit juice over ice.
- 2Top with prosecco and a short soda splash.

Grapefruit juice makes a bitter-orange spritz sharper and a little drier. That is the version to pour next to charred vegetables, spicy chicken, or anything with a glaze.
