Virgin lemon spritz
Lemon syrup and juice, not limoncello, on dry alcohol-free bubbles.

Ingredients & ratios
Lemon, without the liqueur. · 1 drink
- 90 mlDry non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- 15 mlLemon syrup
- 15 mlFresh lemon juice
- 30 mlSoda water, chilled
- 1Lemon wheel
Steps
Build it in a wine glass.
- 1Shake nothing. Build syrup, lemon juice, NA bubbly, and soda over ice.
- 2Garnish with a lemon wheel.

There is no honest virgin limoncello spritz that still uses limoncello. The liqueur is alcoholic. Lemon syrup plus fresh juice gives you the smell without borrowing a spirit.
Taste the syrup first. Some are very sweet, and 10 ml may be enough once the juice is in.
