A longer, quieter Hugo. · 1 drink

  • 100 mlProsecco, chilled
  • 10 mlElderflower cordial
  • 50 mlSoda water, chilled
  • 1 sprigMint
  • 1Lime wheel

Steps

Build it in a wine glass.

  2. 2Add a small cordial measure, then prosecco, then a generous soda.
  3. 3Garnish with mint and lime.
