Ingredients & ratios

Ripe peach, cold bubbles. · 1 drink

  • 3 slicesRipe peach
  • 100 mlProsecco, chilled
  • 20 mlSoda water, chilled
  • 1 sprigMint

Steps

Build it in a wine glass.

A peach spritz should taste like fruit and wine, not like peach candy. Use ripe fruit. If you only have thick nectar, use one spoon and taste before you add another.
