Dry rosé, lengthened. · 1 drink

  • 120 mlCold dry rosé
  • 40 mlSoda water, chilled
  • 1Strawberry, sliced
  • 1Orange slice

Steps

Build it in a wine glass.

  1. 1Pour dry rosé over ice.
  2. 2Add soda.
  3. 3Garnish with strawberry and orange. Do not muddle the berry.

Rosé spritz is only good when the wine is dry. Off-dry pink wine plus soda tastes like a cooler from a festival. Read the label, or taste the wine on its own first.

The fruit is a garnish, not a purée. If you want peach in the glass, make the peach spritz on prosecco instead.
