Two bitters, one glass. · 1 drink

  • 90 mlProsecco, chilled
  • 30 mlBitter orange aperitivo
  • 20 mlRed bitter
  • 30 mlSoda water, chilled
  • 1Orange slice

Steps

Build it in a wine glass.

If the Aperol-style glass is too soft and the Campari-style glass is too stern, split them. Thirty millilitres of bitter orange and 20 of red bitter keeps the pretty color and adds a drier edge.

Do not scale both up to 60. The point of the split is a smaller total bitter than two full drinks.
